Kids PhoneA brick phone,
until they earn it.
Kids Phone locks the apps you choose with Apple Screen Time. Your kid earns minutes back by reading a book chapter, writing in a journal, doing math, or calling a friend you approved. One minute on a call earns one minute of screen time.

How a kid earns screen time
Read a chapter
Public-domain books built in. After a chapter, your kid retells it out loud. A lenient reading buddy checks that they really read it.
Write
A diary entry or a short essay on a prompt. Any language counts. Gibberish and copy-paste don't.
Math
Quick problems matched to their age. Right answers add minutes to the bank.
Call a friend
Voice and video calls with friends a parent approved. Friends are added with a secret word, and a parent confirms with the passcode.
Built for parents
Parent passcode
Settings sit behind a 4-digit passcode and a security question. The kid can't change the rules.
Apple Screen Time
Locking is done by Apple's Family Controls on the phone itself. There is no remote server that can see what your kid does.
No ads, no tracking
No analytics, no ad networks, no accounts to create, nothing sold. Delete the account any time from Parent Settings.
